Week 3

We’ve already reached week 3 of our program. In the last couple of weeks you have been transferring to a healthy lifestyle! You’re learning new habits and getting rid of old ones.
 
In the third week of this program we’re going to incorporate two new habits to your life: drinking water and having a night time ritual. We’re also going to elaborate on calories and macronutrients. And, as a bonus, we’ve added some tips and recipes for your inspiration!
