Week 2

We’ve arrived at week 2 of this program. I hope the first week went well and that you liked the workouts!
In this week we’ll be focussing on food and diet. In the first week you’ve already got some information on this subject, and this week we’ll elaborate on it! In the attachment you’ll find a document, make sure you carefully read it and start taking action with meal planning, prepping and grocery shopping. Also print out the meal planner for the next 8 weeks and start using it.
